About the event

Join us for 75 minutes of yin yoga and sound healing. This event will be held at Harvest Yoga in Lethbridge, AB. We will begin at 1:30 pm and wrap up around 2:45 pm. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to get yourself settled.

Items to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Water bottle
  • Any item for comfort or support (blocks, bolsters)
  • An open heart
