Women’s Circle is back, LIVE and in-person!
Join us at Live Better Health & Fitness August 25, 2023 at 7:00pm - 8:30pm.
This months we are graced by the presence of Jasmine Jangula (@karmicsouls888), who will be serenading us with a crystal bowl sound bath.
Jasmine is a local certified sound healer and intuitive reiki master.
Keeping it in the subtle body that Meagan Charlton (@meagnetic) will guiding you through
a reflective movement practice inspired by The 7 Chakras. Learn the basics of these subtle body energy centres, and how to flow with the vortexes of your own energy.
Gather in warm community and recharge your energy with chakra & sound healing.
