About the event

You will be guided for the first 25 minutes in deep "Yogic Sleep", followed by 40 min of sound healing from our crystal singing bowls.  All the while, recieving Reiki from our Reiki Master or Reiki Practioner.  The last 10 min you will have time to sit in silence to either journal or just be with yourself.  You then will have a few minutes to share or ask questions.
