The Art of Divine, Cosmic Connection

This offering will weave together four ancient practices that promise endless benefits to all aspects of our being. We will start with gentle Hatha inspired movement which is specifically focused on releasing physical knots in our energetic body. This will be followed by kundalini inspired meditation and coupled with Reiki mastery to tune our vibrations with the vibrations of the universe. Afterwards you will be lulled by the sweet melody of crystal singing bowls which will tone and strength this union. The intention is to trust, let go, and immerse in the healing properties of the practice.

There will be yoga mats, mini bolsters and larger bolsters provided. You are welcome to bring whatever else you need to make your experience as comfortable as possible, blankets, eye pillows, crystals, beads, water bottle, journal and an open mind.
