About the event
Thank you for choosing to join us for this event. Here you will experience the healing powers of many different sound instruments. Together they will create binaural beats that will resonate throughout your whole physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Uplifting you to a meditative state that can unlock transformation from within you.
We ask that you bring water, a yoga mat and any other items of comfort (bolster, pillow, blanket, eye pillow), you may also want to journal afterwards.
Please arrive a few minutes prior to 6:00 pm as the doors will be locked promptly at 6:00pm. There will be a short guided grounding into the body to start then 45 minutes of sound, leaving time after to come back into the body and any questions you may have. We will wrap up around 7:15 pm.
