Sound bath

This event is located at Harvest Yoga Studio. It will begin at 6:00 pm and will end at 7:30 pm. We will start with guidance to settle in to our body, flowing into 45 minutes of sound. Having time to come back home to our body, and time for any questions.

Suggestions of what you will need for this event is a yoga mat, water bottle, pillow/bolster, eye pillow, and blanket. You may also wish to travel light and bring just yourself. The suggestions are to insure ultimate comfort during the sound bath.
