About the event
This event will be held at Live Better Health & Fitness. You will experience 25 minutes of guided deep "Yogic Sleep", then bathed in 40 minutes of sound to further your state of relaxation and harmony within. All the while, one of our certified Reiki master, or practioner will bring balance back into your energy body. You will have 10 minutes at the end to sit in silence to journal and, or just sit and let the healing therapy settle deeper into your being. There will be a chance for sharing or questions at the end.
