Like the moon gathering light before becoming full, we too carry the experiences, wisdom, emotions, and quiet transformations of our journey. Not everything needs to be understood, fixed, or released before we can rest.

Sometimes, we simply need to acknowledge what is here.

Through the gentle guidance of Yoga Nidra and the resonant vibrations of singing bowls and healing sound, we will create space to soften the body, quiet the mind, and listen beneath the layers of thought and experience.
